Easy & Quick Tuna Casserole
Super quick, easy and delicious Tuna Casserole for any weeknight. Perfect for those chilly busy days. Throw everything in the dish and into the oven it goes.

- 1 16oz box Rotini
- 4 cans Tuna in Water drained
- 1 16 oz Bag Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- 1 can Cream of Celery
- 2 Cups Milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 cup breadcrumbs optional
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese optional
Preheat Oven for 400 degrees F.
Pour Rotini into a greased casserole dish
Drain Tuna, mix tuna, veggies, cream of mushroom & celery, milk, seasonings together.
Cover and place in oven for 30 mins
Remove from oven, uncover and spread shredded cheese over the top, leave uncovered and put back into oven for 10-15 mins, or until cheese is browned.
