Super quick, easy and delicious Tuna Casserole for any weeknight. Perfect for those chilly busy days. Throw everything in the dish and into the oven it goes.

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz box Rotini
  • 4 cans Tuna in Water drained
  • 1 16 oz Bag Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 can Cream of Celery
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs optional
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven for 400 degrees F.
  • Pour Rotini into a greased casserole dish
  • Drain Tuna, mix tuna, veggies, cream of mushroom & celery, milk, seasonings together.
  • Cover and place in oven for 30 mins
  • Remove from oven, uncover and spread shredded cheese over the top, leave uncovered and put back into oven for 10-15 mins, or until cheese is browned.
