When it comes to listening to stay at home orders, some of us aren't exactly too keen on the idea. The best thing to do during this stay at home order is to check out these must-watch movies on Hulu. However, The Dude says we must Abide… by the ruling that is.

In our home, movies are kinda essential. Every weekday evening we sit down in the living room and watch whatever pops up in our must-watch movies on Hulu (also the popular movies) and check out a new or classic movie to check out. It's kinda been our thing for the past 6-7 years and it's stuck.

5 Must-Watch Movies on Hulu During Stay At Home Order

The Big Lebowski (Need Starz Add-On)

Jeff `The Dude' Lebowski is mistaken for Jeffrey Lebowski, who is The Big Lebowski. Which explains why he's roughed up and has his precious rug peed on. In search of recompense, The Dude tracks down his namesake, who offers him a job. His wife has been kidnapped and he needs a reliable bagman. Aided and hindered by his pals Walter Sobchak, a Vietnam vet, and Donny, master of stupidity.

Starring: Jeff Bridges, John Goodman, Julianne Moore

Big Time Adolescence

A seemingly bright and mostly innocent 16-year-old named Mo attempts to navigate high school under the guidance of his best friend Zeke, an unmotivated-yet-charismatic college dropout. Although Zeke genuinely cares about Mo, things start to go awry as he teaches Mo nontraditional life lessons in drug dealing, partying, and dating. Meanwhile, Mo’s well-meaning dad tries to step in and take back the reins of his son’s upbringing.

Starring: Griffin Gluck, Pete Davidson, Jon Cryer

Brian Banks

The inspirational true story of Brian Banks, an all-American high school football star who finds his life upended when he's wrongly convicted of a crime he didn't commit. Despite the lack of evidence, Banks gets railroaded through a broken justice system and sentenced to a decade of prison and probation. Years later, with the support of Justin Brooks and the California Innocence Project, Banks fights to reclaim his life and fulfill his dreams of playing in the NFL.

Starring: Aldis Hodge, Greg Kinnear, Sherri Shepherd

Good Will Hunting

You really can't go wrong with the classic featuring our favorite actor, Robin Williams. We all need a lil' Robin right now anyway.

Will Hunting has a genius-level IQ but chooses to work as a janitor at MIT. When he solves a difficult graduate-level math problem, his talents are discovered by Professor Gerald Lambeau who decides to help the misguided youth reach his potential. When Will is arrested for attacking a police officer, Professor Lambeau makes a deal to get leniency for him if he will get treatment from therapist Sean Maguire.

Starring: Robin Williams, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck

UglyDolls

In the adorably different town of Uglyville, weirdness is celebrated, strangeness is special and beauty is embraced as more than meets the eye. After traveling to the other side of a mountain, Moxy and her UglyDoll friends discover Perfection — a town where more conventional dolls receive training before entering the real world to find the love of a child. Soon, the UglyDolls learn what it means to be different — ultimately realizing that they don't have to be perfect to be amazing.

Starring: Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, Janelle Monáe

I am a wife and mother of two sons. We live in Rural Northeast Ohio with our 2 cats, 2 dogs & many fish. I love all things Supernatural, Harry Potter, elephants, sunflowers, crystals, occult, crafting, coffee, wine, and online shopping. Have a TikTok, PokemonGo & Elder Scrolls addiction, I've always loved plants, recently I became a houseplant mom, and am currently growing over 15 varieties in our home! Now if I could get my outside gardens to flourish I will be happy. When I'm not tending to the home, pets, plants, or hanging out on the couch catching up on my shows, I'm doing some type of crafting or DIY project. (Or I'm pestering my husband in the barn.)
